RepoFlux is a client-side interface for managing GitHub repositories and orchestrating AI agents via GitHub Actions. It is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your GitHub Personal Access Token.
• All activities that occur under your GitHub account.
• Ensuring that your use of AI agents complies with the terms of service of the respective AI providers.
• The costs associated with any third-party APIs used by the agents.

4. Liability and Indemnification

RepoFlux is a tool that executes code on your behalf. We are not responsible for any damage, data loss, or security breaches resulting from the actions of AI agents, misconfiguration of workflows, or misuse of the platform.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend RepoFlux, or any feature or material we provide on the website, in our sole discretion without notice.
